About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Implementation, Documentation and Staff training for newly developed software modules
Responsible for analysis and make necessary recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency
Performs a variety of complex programming & development tasks, such as designing, documenting, and coding program logic
Provides application support and enhancements to existing applications
Prepare and review detailed project plan, impact analysis, monitor project progress and ensure successful execution
Ensure the application software developed is of high quality and high performance in compliance and architecture
Receive calls from users from Whole Seller-Clients related to any problems in the supporting applications
Day to day trouble shoot any issues related to application users and resolve then and their high availability in responding to business-critical issues within the SLA

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Computer Techniques
Twenty-five years of experience on application development and maintenance on AS400 Systems, RPG400/ ILERPG programming
Developed different modules for supply chain operations, material handling applications and Warehouse operation control
Programming, Application and Data Designing, Analytical and Communication skills
English / Arabic language skills
