Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or technical program in IT, Systems, Computer Science or a related field
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and networking
Comfortable supporting end users and strong communication skills
Availability for a hybrid work model
Basic English for technical reading
Availability to work as a contractor (PJ - legal entity)
Familiarity with Linux or collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
Previous experience in technical support, even if informal
IT certifications or online courses (e.g., support, networking, security)
Eagerness to learn quickly and grow in infrastructure/support
