Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the stages of the production process, following work standards and instructions
  • Supply production lines with materials and consumables
  • Perform visual inspection of products and packaging
  • Record production information in systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist with organization, cleaning and 5S in the area
  • Follow safety, quality and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with the team to meet targets and deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in production, logistics, or operational areas (including temporary roles or first job in the function)
  • High school diploma
  • Availability to work under a hybrid model, according to schedule
  • Comfortable working in a team and in an operational routine
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and committed to safety
  • Experience in industry, manufacturing, or distribution center (preferred)
  • Basic English and/or Spanish for reading labels, manuals and systems (preferred)
  • Knowledge of 5S, quality, or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with systems (ERP, production reporting or spreadsheets) (preferred)
