About the role

  • As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will take independent responsibility for your own area with a high degree of autonomy — your experience and ideas for building an effective sales organization are highly valued.
  • From customer acquisition, needs analysis and contract negotiation to closing the deal: this is familiar territory for you and you are passionate about it.
  • Together with your team you will sell our innovative software products and solutions and build sustainable business relationships.
  • Our colleagues will of course support you technically and with marketing to help you achieve your goals.
  • You will independently design our sales activities and develop a plan.
  • Whether on-site, virtually or by phone, you will build a professional network and represent us with enthusiasm and empathy.

Requirements

  • You may be a career changer or a graduate of a relevant degree program with practical experience — what matters to us are your motivation and skills.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in IT sales and/or product sales.
  • A compelling sales talent with a passion for networking and long-term customer retention.
  • Strong prospecting/acquisition skills, organizational talent and negotiation ability.
  • The courage to think differently and to bring creative ideas.
  • An independent and responsible way of working with the desire to grow with us and to become even more successful.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills (at least C1).
