About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for selling our forward-looking software solutions and consulting services in the Aerospace & Defense sector
- You independently plan, manage, and execute your sales and market activities — from first contact through to contract conclusion
- You identify relevant trade shows, professional events, and networking opportunities in the defense sector, select which to attend, and represent our company on site
- You continue to expand your existing network in the Aerospace & Defense field
- You represent us with enthusiasm and strong commitment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of sales experience in software and/or consulting services within the Aerospace & Defense segment
- Fluent German and good command of English
- You bring a well-established network of national technical and executive contacts in the defense environment
- You understand the particularities of the defense market and leverage them successfully through your networking skills and sustainable customer relationship management
- You have a persuasive sales mindset, demonstrate clear closing orientation, and can convincingly position technically sophisticated solutions
- You present yourself confidently and engage comfortably with decision-makers in the aerospace and defense environment
- You work reliably and in a structured way and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- You communicate clearly, reliably, and goal-oriented — both internally and externally
- You are highly self-motivated and approach tasks with a pragmatic, solution-focused attitude
