About the role

  • Support customers in the implementation and optimization of SAP CX and Service solutions
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Implement SAP systems and SAP solutions at client sites
  • Work in teams of two to forty people alongside colleagues and clients
  • Define and implement requirements directly in the client's system
  • Specify necessary developments on site
  • Coordinate functional and organizational matters with clients, developers and technicians
  • Onboard and mentor junior consultants in the team on the relevant topics

Requirements

  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • Willingness to travel to support client projects on site
  • Passion for sales and service processes and for taking on new challenges
  • Excellent team skills and self-initiative
  • Preferably experience in manufacturing companies, automotive OEMs or suppliers, or logistics companies
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the SAP environment
  • Specialist in one or two of the following solutions: SAP Sales Cloud / SAP Service Cloud / SAP Field Service Management / SAP S/4HANA (Sales / Service / Asset Management) / SAP CRM / SAP CS / SAP PM/EAM
  • Knowledge of the latest developments in SAP CX solutions and SAP S/4HANA
  • Analytical/abstract thinking to understand and solve requirements
  • Ability to stay calm during peak project phases and a high level of commitment
