About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You build Google Ads campaigns, optimize them and scale what works — Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube.
- You analyze KPIs, identify patterns and derive concrete actions — not reporting for the sake of reporting.
- You ensure every euro invested delivers maximum return.
- Every optimization follows our proven methodology and success principles.
- Questioning and further developing campaign approaches by actively contributing ideas and improvement suggestions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You already have initial hands-on experience with Google Ads — for example through an internship, a working-student role or a personal project.
- Analytical thinking and a genuine interest in understanding why metrics move.
- You work in a structured way and can keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bonus: First exposure to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Merchant Center — not required.
- Fluent German, both spoken and written.
