About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Build and maintain web applications, Azure functions, APIs, and other code applications
- Update Dataverse data models to support new development
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems
- Manage CRM data
- Act as a trusted advisor to business partners
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders
- Identify and address security threats
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Conduct training sessions for end-users
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development
- Proven experience in customizing Dynamics CRM tables, workflows, business rules, and form scripting
- 5+ years of experience with APIM, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Web API, REST, and SOAP services
- 3+ years of experience in writing Plugin code, Github, Javascript, .Net, API Integrations
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification preferred
