About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver insights and recommendations related to the marketing of AAA Life’s products.
- Partner with marketing staff to identify business questions, gather data, and perform analyses.
- Design, build, and automate user-friendly PowerBI dashboards.
- Track marketing initiatives and produce campaign results analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders for analyses and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain clean documentation of data and methodologies.
- Recommend new processes for efficiency and performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to effectively communicate complex analytical findings with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with others.
- Stellar attention to detail, including maintaining accuracy and consistency across analytics assets.
- Self-starter with ability to identify priorities.
- Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Proven track record of implementing report automation and self-service analytics.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools like Power BI.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
