About the role

Requirements

  • Education & degree: You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or hold a degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering or comparable programs with a focus on insurance.
  • Professional experience: You have 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance environment, ideally in a consulting firm or an insurance company.
  • Technical skills: Ideally you have knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM), digitization, workflow and input management, Lean Management or process optimization. You bring experience with insurance processes and understand how to design complex workflows efficiently and implement them sustainably.
  • Nice-to-have qualifications: Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management are a plus and demonstrate your methodological expertise.
  • Independence & initiative: You work independently, organize your projects autonomously and actively contribute your own ideas.
  • Empathy & client-centered consulting: You understand our clients’ needs, advise on an equal footing and build trusting relationships.
  • Creativity & solution orientation: You find innovative solutions for complex challenges and successfully implement them.
  • Flexibility & mobility: You enjoy working remotely from a home office (up to 100% of your working time) and are willing to travel to clients when required.
  • Digital competence: You are proficient in MS Office and skilled in using digital tools for project management and presentations.
