About the role
- Provide monitoring services and alert management in the SOC to ensure client system security.
- Monitoring client systems using a SIEM tool.
- Reviewing generated alerts and incidents to identify positivity and severity.
- Resolving alerts following defined procedures for each case.
- Escalating complex alerts to N2 analysts.
- Classifying and registering generated alerts.
- Defining priority for resolving alerts.
- Reporting defined alerts for SOC optimization.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or ASIR.
- Master's degree in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Experience and demonstrable interest in the field of cybersecurity (not necessarily in the workplace).
- High level of Spanish.
- Minimum English level B2.
- Multidisciplinary profile with great ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Proactivity, management skills, and strategic vision.
- Strong desire to learn and continue developing.
