About the role
- Representing the firm
- Managing relationships with various stakeholders (client/project owner, authorities, consultants, contractors)
- Preparing bid documents and managing public tender processes
- Obtaining subcontractor quotations and negotiating
- Preparing and managing contracts
- Project scheduling and architectural oversight
- Reviewing and validating invoices
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (HES), Engineering (ETH/EPFL), or equivalent qualification
- 3 years of experience delivering large-scale projects in Romandy (French-speaking Switzerland)
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proactive, organized, and rigorous
- Strong team player
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
