About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery across a cross-functional product team
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to maintain a healthy, prioritized, and well-defined backlog
- Coach teams toward sustainable agile and DevSecOps delivery practices
- Identify and help remove blockers, risks, and dependencies impacting delivery
- Use team metrics and retrospectives to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and security partners to ensure quality and compliance expectations are incorporated into delivery processes
- Support sprint planning and help teams balance planned and unplanned work
- Facilitate release planning and coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Promote transparency through clear documentation, communication, and use of shared delivery tools
- Support outcome-oriented planning and continuous learning across the team
- Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles, collaboration, and effective ways of working
- Coordinate with adjacent teams and partners on shared work and dependencies
- Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and transition activities as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience working in government (local, state, or federal)
- Familiarity with federal government delivery concerns such as ATO, FedRAMP, and PIAs
- Experience supporting agile delivery within regulated, compliance-driven, or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, roadmap planning tools, and modern collaboration platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional software delivery teams that incorporate DevSecOps, user experience, quality engineering, accessibility, or security practices
- Experience facilitating delivery coordination across teams with shared systems, integrations, or external dependencies.
- Must have legal authorization to work within the US and not require ongoing visa sponsorship to maintain legal authorization to work.
- Independent Contractors must have been residents in the United States for 3 of the past 5 years.
