About the role
- Set technical direction for cloud, CI/CD, and infrastructure strategy.
- Architect large-scale, multi-region, highly available systems.
- Lead Kubernetes platform engineering at scale.
- Define SRE/DevOps best practices, mature reliability culture.
- Lead incident response architecture and high-severity readiness.
- Drive costs, performance, and security posture across systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and influence engineering-wide strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform engineering.
- Expert-level Kubernetes + IaC + distributed systems knowledge.
- Proven leadership designing critical, large-scale production systems.
- Strong coding in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong communication; able to influence org-wide
