About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Safe and efficient operation of various types of construction equipment.
Assisting the crew with concrete placement, shaft excavation, and rebar cage setting when not operating the equipment.
Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs and navigate uneven surfaces with ease.
Demonstrating physical flexibility by lifting arms above shoulder level and bending, reaching, turning, and twisting repeatedly.
Work effectively in both hot and cold weather conditions, ensuring project continuity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working on construction sites.
Hold a valid driver's license (preferred).
Available for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekend shifts.
