Key responsibilities & impact- Provide personalised support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, and mobility
- Foster positive relationships through mentoring and empathetic communication
- Collaborate with team members to develop tailored care plans
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Promote independence and well-being for all clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience or interest in working with the elderly and clients with care and support needs
- Ability to support clients effectively
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in health or social care are a plus but not essential
- Reliable and adaptable with good organisational skills
- A car driver with access to a vehicle
