- Recording accurate care documentation
- Working closely with families and professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
- Patient and understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Flexible and reliable
- Committed to person-centred care
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undertake specialist training
- Flexible to work shifts, evenings and weekends
