Mortgage Loan Officer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop referral contacts (realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts)
- Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general departmental guidelines
- Manage pipeline for all originated loans through closing and complete required management reports
- Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver loan package in the time frames set by management
- Confident working in a phone sales environment and effectively communicate over phone, email, text, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mortgage lending sales experience with excellent sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of mortgage business, including overall mortgage lending processes as well as federal, state, and regulatory requirements/guidelines
- NMLS License is required
