About the role
- Monitoring of all production systems and sub-systems
- Incident management, resolution, and escalation of issues on all environments
- Troubleshooting and investigating issues on all applications
- Maintain the documentation set on all applications and systems
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Linux shell scripting experience
- Experience of Database, Web and Mobile applications
- A good knowledge of web technologies, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, HTML & React
- A good knowledge of object-orientated programming, Java or Python
- SQL Query skills (MySQL)
- Experience in an Application Support role preferred (Desirable)
- Experience working in a 24*7 production environment (Desirable)
- Experience supporting web, mobile web and mobile applications (Desirable)
- Experience supporting applications in written in PHP, Python, JavaScript and HTML (Desirable)
