About the role
- Deeply analyze the game, understanding mechanics, gameplay loops, progression, economy, events, and monetization.
- Design, document, and evolve game systems, features, and continuous improvements.
- Create and maintain GDDs (Game Design Documents), flows, balancing tables, reward systems, and proposals for new mechanics.
- Work in partnership with Leadership, Development, and Art teams, ensuring technical feasibility and quality in implementation.
- Lead the ideation, prototyping, testing, and integration of gameplay systems.
- Support and actively participate in LiveOps strategies, events, and seasonal content.
- Analyze game metrics (retention, progression, engagement, economy) and propose data-driven adjustments based on player behavior.
- Monitor and stay up to date with market trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Game Designer, preferably in mobile or free-to-play games.
- Strong understanding of gameplay systems, progression, economy, and balancing.
- Familiarity with Unity or prototyping tools.
- Ability to turn data and player feedback into design decisions.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate ideas.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with metrics analysis.
