About the role

  • Active participation in product development: your ideas will directly impact how the product communicates with the user — from the first creativity to the moment of purchase.
  • Space for creativity and experimentation: if you have an idea — launch it. You will have the freedom to think outside the box, try new things, and find your approaches to engaging users.
  • Development of leadership qualities: from the first months of work, you will manage a team of designers, organize their work, improve their efficiency, and promote the development of their skills.
  • Creative work with clearly measurable results: the ability to see the profit brought by each creativity you created.
  • Your area of influence: monitoring the market, analyzing competitors and user needs to create strong creative concepts.
  • Generating ideas for advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc., followed by their implementation.
  • Conducting cooperation with influencers (briefing, evaluating the quality of video materials).
  • Collaborating with the motion designers and editors team. Optimizing their work and improving the quality of creatives, checking finished creatives and providing feedback.
  • Analyzing the performance of creatives and implementing ideas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Від 6 місяців досвіду в маркетингу та базове розуміння digital marketing.
  • Сильні навички копірайтингу — щоб формулювати ідеї для креативів і створювати меседжі, які спонукають до дії.
  • Ініціативність і бізнес-орієнтованість — щоб мислити через призму впливу на продукт і бізнес.
  • Вміння чітко ставити завдання та надавати конструктивний фідбек — щоб команда розуміла очікування й рухалась у спільному напрямі.
  • Креативність і нестандартне мислення — щоб створювати ідеї, які виділяють нас серед інших.
  • Уважність, наполегливість і системність — щоб доводити задачі до якісного результату.
  • Володіння англійською мовою на рівні Upper-Intermediate+.
