Key responsibilities & impact

You manage the performance of multiple “60 Seconds to Napoli” restaurants worldwide and ensure sustainable success.
You identify potential within our teams and develop the talents of tomorrow.
You ensure compliance with our high standards and support the implementation of processes and routines using modern management tools such as e2n and Marketman.
You produce sound revenue, cost and operational analyses to secure optimal operational planning.
You build a motivating, team-oriented corporate culture and lead by example.
You maintain direct communication with executive management to achieve company goals together.
You are the person who keeps an overview in all situations, pitches in when needed and demonstrates team spirit.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience (min. 2 years) in operational management or in a comparable position in hospitality or system gastronomy
Strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of operational processes and economic relationships
Experience in guiding and motivating teams – you lead by example with a hands-on, practical leadership style
Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel and work at various locations within Germany
Very good knowledge of Dutch, ideally good English skills and basic German.
