About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead our consulting team and project business to achieve optimal performance
Continuously improve key performance indicators, especially customer satisfaction, project objectives and progress, employee satisfaction and development, and revenue targets
Own the planning and execution of staffing and resource needs; ensure balanced workloads and look after the team’s wellbeing
Regularly monitor project goals and progress, including the necessary company-wide collaboration to secure successful outcomes
Serve as the team’s point of contact and sparring partner for project-related issues
Participate in steering committees for client projects
Conduct development and performance reviews with team members
Promote and optimize holistic knowledge building as well as the individual training and development of your team
Further develop and optimize our standardized methodologies and processes
Continuously monitor and improve our onboarding process
Actively involve employees in shaping our company and growth strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification through experience
At least two years of experience as a team or department leader
Extensive experience with ERP implementation projects, ideally in the construction industry
A passion for leading, motivating, developing and challenging our consulting team
Strong communication and assertiveness skills in one-on-one and group situations
Ability to represent 4PS professionally, even in critical customer situations
