About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

We don’t need to explain to you that an ERP implementation has a major impact on a company. In this critical phase you are one of the primary points of contact for the client and work together with your colleagues, the client’s project team and external partners to ensure a successful implementation. Your focus is on the financial modules of our solution.
You analyze the client’s current and future financial processes and translate them into our solution offering.
You develop and are responsible for a clear project plan within your area of responsibility.
You lead individual finance-related subprojects together with the client’s implementation team.
You engage and excite the client with convincing presentations, workshops and demos of our financial modules, as well as related apps, portals and partner products.
You proactively drive implementation at the client and identify challenges early.
You regularly monitor target achievement and progress, including the necessary cross-company collaboration, to ensure success and high customer satisfaction.
You manage contact with the internal 4PS organization to ensure customer expectations align with what we deliver.
At the end of the project you ensure a thorough closing review within the team in which lessons learned are discussed and captured for the next project.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You speak the language of our customers and have a deep understanding of financial processes — preferably in the construction industry, though we are open to other sectors.
You have experience with ERP solutions and their financial modules.
You bring solid knowledge in financial accounting, reporting and controlling — ideally gained through academic study or professional experience.
You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
You are able to work with a growing product and help shape its development.
You enjoy taking on new challenges and mastering them.
You are results-oriented and driven, while always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
