About the role
- Role: Data Analyst, Client Services at 4MATIV Technologies, which manages multi-modal mobility for school systems nationwide.
- Responsibilities include descriptive analysis of student transportation system performance and configuration, geospatial analysis and visualization of students/schools/terminals, estimation of impact of changes to system configuration and optimization (costs, efficiency, emissions), and data pipelining.
- Use of Python scripts to automate processes and conduct data analysis; GIS software for maps and geospatial insights.
- Client-facing and internal deliverables including reports and dashboards; contribute to data governance and documentation.
- Lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and continuously improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Two (2) years of analytic experience in a relevant field
- Experience in data operations in transportation, logistics, or K-12 Education preferred
- Proficiency in Python & SQL
- Proficiency working with data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Proficiency working with APIs
- Experience with GIS software
