Requirements
What you’ll need- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts (in accordance with VOB/B and BGB — German construction contract regulations and Civil Code) in cooperation with the project and legal departments
- Assessing and handling change orders, claims and contractual risks during project execution
- Supporting tendering and award procedures in close coordination with Purchasing and Project Management
- Monitoring contractual frameworks and enforcing rights and obligations vis-à-vis clients and subcontractors
