About the role
- Procurement: Responsible for procuring construction materials and building services for turnkey residential projects.
- Tendering and Negotiations: Conducting tender procedures, negotiating contracts and awards, and concluding framework agreements after comparing offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Network Management: Maintaining and qualifying the existing partner network and integrating partners into internal product optimization processes.
- Market Analysis: Ongoing analysis of the procurement market to identify new partners and expand the network regionally.
- Supplier Evaluation: Performing supplier assessments, optimizing costs, and minimizing procurement risks.
- Department Development: Actively contributing to the further development of the purchasing department, with personal scope to shape new structures and processes.
Requirements
- Procurement Specialist: Experience in purchasing and in a comparable role.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities with appropriate assertiveness.
- Legal and Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of construction and contract law (VOB) and a solid technical understanding.
- Innovation and Sustainability: Enthusiasm for innovative and sustainable topics such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), Lean Construction Management, timber-hybrid construction methods, and greening and mobility concepts.
