About the role
- Shape engineering strategy at a European level
- Responsibility for national and international teams
- Lead and oversee large investment/capital projects in the meat industry
- Contribute to the company’s engineering strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a Master’s degree or PE license
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering within the meat industry, including several years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in managing major investment projects across Europe and working with leading equipment manufacturers (e.g., Marel, GEA, Provisur)
