Requirements
- Expert in construction cost estimation and project control, with confident use of VOB, HOAI and industry software such as RIB iTWO and AutoCAD.
- Technical background from a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g., Meister [master craftsman] / Bautechniker [construction technician]) with several years of professional experience.
- Confident negotiator, detail-oriented, with organizational skills and a strong customer focus.
