About the role

  • Shape the mobility transition as a committed Support & Community Manager for several 42hacks projects with over 10,000 users.
  • Assist users in switching to climate‑friendly, shared and digital mobility solutions and help grow a community for sustainable living and transport together with an innovative team.
  • Provide multichannel support for all mobility offerings: public transport, e‑bikes, Mobility, carsharing (via email, social media, phone, chat).
  • Offer technical support for platforms (web/app), fare advice and troubleshooting for digital mobility services across multiple projects (including my·mo, Umweltprämie Basel, ...).
  • Community management and activation: moderate webinars, online events, Q&A sessions and tutorials.
  • Content production: user stories, sustainability tips, challenge news, social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Analyze and document user feedback, and prepare reports for project partners.
  • Collaborate with partners (SBB/public transport operators, Mobility, local e‑bike rental providers, authorities, environmental initiatives).
  • Participate in climate challenges and incentive/reward campaigns (e.g., Umweltprämie Basel).

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (German is required; English and other languages are an advantage)
  • Empathy
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and a changemaker mindset
  • Experience in support or community management (multichannel; experience in public transport, shared mobility or digital platforms is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Strong interest in sustainable mobility, the sharing economy, technology and climate protection
  • Ability to quickly understand technical and digital contexts (web/app)
  • Enjoy running and moderating webinars and digital events
  • Creativity in content production, affinity for social media and community building
  • Independent, proactive working style
