답변 품질(faithfulness, relevancy)에 대한 eval 하니스, 회귀 테스트, A/B 실험 체계를 구축, 운영합니다.
API contract, cache, config/prompt registry, admin API 등 프로덕션 운영에 필요한 백엔드 기반을 구축합니다.
운영 로그와 품질 지표를 기반으로 응답 품질, latency, failure case를 분석하고 개선합니다.
팀 내 설계 리뷰와 기술 의사결정을 리딩하고, 복잡한 문제를 재사용 가능한 시스템 개선으로 연결합니다.

Requirements

백엔드/AI 서비스 설계, 개발, 운영 경력 7년 이상이신 분
Python을 능숙하게 사용하시는 분 (Java, Kotlin 등 추가 언어 경험 우대)
