About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 출장 가이드 및 프로그램 운영, 국내외 출장 가이드(FAQ/커뮤니케이션 관리) 제·개정, 내용에 대한 예외 케이스 검토 및 비용·규정 적용 1차 승인
- 벤더 및 파트너십 관리, 항공, 호텔, 렌트카 등 글로벌 벤더사(TMC)와의 협업 및 이슈 대응
- 해외 방문자 및 통역 서비스 지원, 해외 엔티티 방문자의 한국 체류 경험 개선을 위한 인프라 지원
- 임직원 서비스 및 오피스 지원, 우편, 택배, 비품 관리 등 구성원 업무에 필요한 Employee Service를 대응
- 데이터 기반 프로세스 개선, 출장 및 서비스 데이터 분석을 통해 반복 업무를 표준화·자동화
Requirements
What you’ll need- Corporate Travel, 글로벌 출장 운영, Workplace Operations, Employee Services, Hospitality 산업 등 관련 경력 7년 이상
- 국내외 출장 규정, 일비 정산, 예약 시스템 구조에 대한 높은 이해도 기반의 다양한 예외 케이스 및 이슈 대응 경험
- 운영 기준, 정책, FAQ의 직관적인 문서화 능력 및 비용·퍼포먼스 데이터의 정리 및 리포트화 역량
- 글로벌 오피스, 해외 벤더, 호텔 및 항공사 파트너 등과 긴밀하게 소통하고 협업할 수 있는 비즈니스 수준의 영어 역량
- 시니어 레벨의 전문성을 바탕으로 실무를 직접 챙기고 끝까지 해결하는 주도성 및 문제 해결 능력.
