제품 특성을 고려한 릴리즈 프로세스 정의
릴리스 성숙도 및 효율성 향상을 위한 핵심 지표(KPI) 정의 및 운영
Release 관리에 필요한 다양한 정책 수립
효율적인 버전 관리(Versioning) 체계 수립
릴리즈 노트 및 버전 제어 정보를 포함한 릴리즈 문서 관리
GitOps 및 다양한 Deployment 기법 적용

Requirements

What you’ll need

컴퓨터 과학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상
5년 이상의 릴리즈 관리 또는 그에 준하는 역할 경험
소프트웨어 개발 수명 주기(SDLC)와 릴리스 관리 프로세스에 대한 깊은 이해
뛰어난 의사소통 및 대인관계 기술, 여러 기능팀과 효과적으로 협업할 수 있는 능력
빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 고객 대상 소프트웨어를 대규모로 릴리스한 경험
Git(GitHub/GitLab) 활용 능력 및 JIRA와 같은 프로젝트 관리 소프트웨어 사용 경험
Artifact Repository, CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) 도구에 대한 기술적 이해
빌드 및 컨테이너 기반 빌드 시스템(Containerized build system)에 대한 이해
