About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the overall integrity, quality, accuracy, usability, and scalability of the SpecSource product catalog.
Lead ongoing initiatives to improve catalog consistency, standardization, nomenclature alignment, category structures, and data quality.
Develop scalable approaches for catalog standardization and data governance that reduce reliance on manual processes.
Lead and develop the Product Catalog team.
Establish priorities, goals, and performance expectations for team members.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, Product, and Development teams to improve platform usability, operational effectiveness, and overall client experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading teams, projects, programs, or operational functions.
Experience managing product catalogs, product data, content repositories, databases, vendor programs, or similar operational functions.
Experience developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, manufacturers, clients, or external business partners.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Active use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate tasks, solve business problems, or support decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to independently learn new technologies, software platforms, and business processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
