About the role

  • Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations
  • Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of high quality
  • Participate in planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools
  • Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients
  • Execute complex activities within methodology and quality standards across engagements
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions
  • Engage in agile software development (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentor others, and support technical capability growth
  • Independently drive project delivery from conceptualization to deployment within defined architecture

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Angular 18 (Unit Testing, UX design, Figma, MonoRepo)
  • .NET Core
  • AWS services (Lambda, SQS, Cognito, Step Functions)
  • Containerization
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Design)
  • Ensure code integrity and organization, including code reviews and mentoring junior developers
  • Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Additional experience desired: Python, Salesforce integration with .NET/Python
  • English language used daily
