Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the architecture, design, and development of iOS and Android applications using React Native
Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations
Collaborate with backend, data, and QA teams to deliver robust, high-quality features aligned to clinical requirements
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level mobile engineers on the team
Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and reliability improvements across the BX mobile platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years professional mobile development experience, 3+ years in a lead or senior role
Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript
Frameworks: React Native (5+ years), iOS & Android native module experience
State Management: Redux, Redux Toolkit, or MobX
Tools: Jira, GitHub/Bitbucket, Slack
Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
