About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for quality strategy and leading a team of QA engineers
  • Ensure mobile and backend systems meet high standards of reliability and compliance
  • Implement and refine QA strategies in collaboration with Product Development Manager
  • Manage design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks
  • Lead practical application and optimization of automation frameworks
  • Act as liaison between QA and other departments for seamless process integration
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve QA processes and technologies
  • Provide expert QA guidance in project planning and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong mobile testing experience across both iOS and Android, including React Native applications — this is a hard requirement.
  • Proficiency in Python for test automation development (pytest, Appium, or equivalent frameworks).
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps QA integration practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
