About the role

Lead design and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines; use containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity)
Collaborate with software developers to identify operational gaps and address incidents in real time
Establish and enforce Infrastructure as Code standards (Terraform, CloudFormation, SaltStack)
Drive release-ready deployment management processes and maintain end-to-end documentation
Architect and manage complex AWS cloud environments focusing on performance, security, and scalability
Design and implement monitoring, logging, and metrics at scale (Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, SumoLogic, AppDynamics)
Analyze capacity vs. utilization in production environments and manage costs
Evaluate and adopt new cloud services and develop proofs-of-concept
Mentor DevOps Engineers and partner with Architecture, Software Development, and Product Management teams
Tackle complex system performance issues and drive DevOps best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
5–8 years of related experience in DevOps
Strong coding/scripting skills in Python, .NET, Ruby, or Go
Fluency in Windows and Linux System Administration (Windows Server, CentOS/Ubuntu/Amazon Linux, PowerShell, Bash)
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, VPC, etc.)
Experience with databases (MySQL)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitLab, TeamCity)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, source control (Git), networking, security, and database management
Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor, influence, and collaborate across diverse teams
Exceptional English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
