About the role

  • - Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for Front-end projects.
  • - Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.
  • - Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • - Architectural Design and Development: Lead the design and development of the software architecture, making decisions on frameworks, patterns, and technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • - Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects.

Requirements

  • - A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below:
  • - -Angular, Unit Testing, UX design, Figma
  • - Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
  • - Strong front-end experience
  • - Proficiency in the English language.
  • - Cloud: Azure
