About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for the Europe region.
  • Partner closely with global and regional business leaders, People Partners, and Centres of Excellence to drive strategic hiring.
  • Enhance candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand in the region.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists across Europe.
  • Ensure recruitment KPIs are met consistently and maintain recruitment compliance with GDPR and regional labour regulations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing multi-country-level recruitment in Europe.
  • Proven experience hiring for technology and digital product engineering talent.
  • Strong understanding of European hiring practices, employment laws, and talent market dynamics.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-oriented decision-making and the ability to present insights effectively.
