About the role

  • Elevate your expertise at 3Pillar, architecting transformative solutions across industries (urban living, media, healthcare).
  • Collaborate with industry leaders and global teams to drive innovation and shape technology solutions.
  • Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
  • Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
  • Participate in planning and estimation, requirement gathering, and presenting developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex activities within methodology and quality standards; drive project delivery independently.
  • Promote client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
  • Engage in agile practices: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) and support growth of technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in relevant areas.
  • Angular 18 (Unit Testing, UX design, Figma, MonoRepo).
  • .NET Core.
  • AWS services (Lambda, SQS, Cognito, Step Functions, etc.), containerization, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Design) to define, design, and ship features.
  • Ensure code integrity and organization; conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Additional desired: Python, Salesforce integration with .NET/Python.
