About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Co-leading and delivering a growth strategy for 3Keel’s sustainable agricultural supply chain suite of projects.
Boosting 3Keel’s external presence in the sustainable supply chain space.
Developing a suite of clients and supporting business unit BD.
Leading and guiding client projects alongside team members.
Managing larger key accounts and projects.
Engaging in new developments in sustainability frameworks and initiatives.
Mentoring more junior staff members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in agricultural or land-based supply chains in the corporate context.
Strong consulting credentials.
Ability and desire to learn quickly.
Ability to confidently lead client engagement.
Experience in climate mitigation and reporting, nature and biodiversity, regenerative agriculture is highly valued.
Commercial understanding of supply chain dynamics.
Strategy development and project management skills.
Experience in business development and proposal writing.
