About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Setting the regional strategy
Manage the onboarding process for new members to ensure that they're thoughtfully integrated into the 3i community
Conduct quarterly check-ins with members to track their progress and ensure they are succeeding as members of 3i
Connect members with products that enable them to achieve their goals, such as investing groups, in-person and virtual events, masterminds, curated introductions, deal diligence calls, and more
Be the conduit between your members and the 3i investment team
Drive the growth strategy for how you will invest in the growth of the 3i network within your region
Run a sales process to close your prospects in a high-touch way
Build relationships with some of the most interesting and prominent people who live in your region
Plan and execute events in your region that build community cohesion and engage members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the financial or investment industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High emotional intelligence
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and events
Passion for community, building relationships, and helping people succeed
