About the role
- Setting the regional strategy
- Manage the onboarding process for new members to ensure that they're thoughtfully integrated into the 3i community
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with members to track their progress and ensure they are succeeding as members of 3i
- Connect members with products that enable them to achieve their goals, such as investing groups, in-person and virtual events, masterminds, curated introductions, deal diligence calls, and more
- Be the conduit between your members and the 3i investment team
- Drive the growth strategy for how you will invest in the growth of the 3i network within your region
- Run a sales process to close your prospects in a high-touch way
- Build relationships with some of the most interesting and prominent people who live in your region
- Plan and execute events in your region that build community cohesion and engage members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the financial or investment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and events
- Passion for community, building relationships, and helping people succeed
