Precise configuration of time evaluation logic to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on configuration of SAP Time Schema (TM04 / custom schemas)
Deep understanding of Time Evaluation specifically PT60 and the full evaluation flow
Experience with public sector time rules shift differentials, overtime calculations, comp time, holiday pay, and leave accruals governed by collective bargaining or civil service codes
Proficiency in Work Schedules, period work schedules, and day types specific to 24/7 shift environments common in government (e.g. fire, police, transit, utilities)
Familiarity with Absence and Attendance types, quota generation, and time transfer specifications
Ability to debug and trace time schema logic through transaction PE01/PE02 and logs via PT_DOC00 or similar
Experience integrating Time Management output with SAP Payroll (infotypes IT0007, IT0050, IT0416, wage type generation via ZES/ZL tables)
