Requirements
What you’ll need- The role has shifted to emphasize AI development within observability/monitoring environments.
- Best described as an AI Developer with an Observability/Monitoring background.
- Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Anthropic (Claude), combined with a developer mindset.
- Exposure to observability platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Datadog, Opsgenie) is important, but specific tools are not strict requirements.
- AI development experience (building or contributing to AI-driven solutions/automation)
- Familiarity with observability/monitoring ecosystems
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) – considered baseline
- Nice to have: SIEM/security background (e.g., Sentinel, Cribl), but not required
