Provide strategic oversight and program leadership for SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion
Lead end-to-end program governance
Establish and maintain executive-level stakeholder relationships
Drive strategic decision-making for the conversion approach
Coordinate with Enterprise Cloud Services
Oversee conversion timeline adherence
Direct assessment and remediation of customized ECC environment
Manage Business Partner conversion activities
Oversee custom code remediation
Coordinate integration testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of SAP delivery experience
Minimum 7+ years in brownfield ECC to S/4HANA conversions
Deep expertise in SAP Banking modules
Proven experience managing large-scale conversions
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
PMP certification preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Proven track record managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong background in change management
