About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project delivery across AI, automation, and cloud initiatives
Manage full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
Drive Azure cloud migration and modernization projects
Support implementation of AI and automation solutions
Work closely with engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines
GitHub-based development workflows
Containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Act as the bridge between business leaders and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Project Management experience (technical projects required)
Proven experience delivering large, complex initiatives
Experience with AI and/or automation projects
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Cloud migration or transformation efforts
Strong understanding of DevOps concepts
CI/CD pipelines
GitHub or similar tools
Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong communication skills with ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or mortgage Lending industry
Agile / Scrum experience
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
