About the role
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across AI, automation, and cloud initiatives
- Manage full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
- Drive Azure cloud migration and modernization projects
- Support implementation of AI and automation solutions
- Work closely with engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines
- GitHub-based development workflows
- Containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Act as the bridge between business leaders and technical teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of Project Management experience (technical projects required)
- Proven experience delivering large, complex initiatives
- Experience with AI and/or automation projects
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Cloud migration or transformation efforts
- Strong understanding of DevOps concepts
- CI/CD pipelines
- GitHub or similar tools
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services or mortgage Lending industry
- Agile / Scrum experience
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
