About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Continuous contact with the client to provide updates on the progress of installation projects and/or maintenance services.
Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring the full operation of systems and installed equipment.
Train and guide users/customers on the proper use and maintenance of systems and equipment.
Perform deliveries, pickups, installation, and activation of machines at customer premises.
Support troubleshooting of machine connectivity issues and provide customers with explanations about machine or card usage.
Execute priority and routine field service tasks.
Prepare technical reports and issue conclusive assessments of the services performed;
Identify applicable parts and plan maintenance activities based on equipment history and required resources;
Conduct Technical Delivery and functional Training on machines, and provide assistance and clarification to customers (internal and external) on machine operation, as well as technical support when necessary;
Complete forms (paper or electronic) for Work Orders, Maintenance Checklists, Parts and Supplies Requisitions, and any technical documents requested by the Department/Operations;
Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and cleaning the workplace and/or the vehicle under their responsibility.
