About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as an integrating link between departments to gather and understand processes related to AI initiatives
Map and model processes (As-Is and To-Be), considering the lifecycle of AI solutions (development, validation, deployment and monitoring)
Analyze business processes and systems with a focus on efficiency, automation and risk mitigation in collaboration with Cybersecurity (including AI-related risks)
Support the definition and implementation of AI Governance frameworks (policies, workflows, controls and playbooks)
Contribute to standardizing processes and best practices for AI use, aligned with corporate and regulatory guidelines (e.g., LGPD - Brazil's General Data Protection Law)
Assist teams in building To-Be processes focused on the responsible adoption of AI
Identify, assess and support the mitigation of operational, technological and regulatory risks related to AI use
Ensure methodological quality in mappings and deliverables (e.g., BPM, documentation, workflows)
Manage scope, timelines and prioritization of requests related to AI Governance
Support the promotion of a culture of responsible, ethical and safe AI use across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant experience (in the field, in similar activities, in people management, etc.)
Experience in mapping and modeling business processes and systems
Experience in corporate environments, preferably in the Retail sector
Experience or interest in topics related to Artificial Intelligence, Governance, Risk or Compliance will be considered a plus
Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
Supplementary courses in BPM (Business Process Management)
Advantage: courses or certifications in AI and AI Governance.
