About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute business process mapping with corporate teams, documenting them in a format consistent with existing standards.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and the user experience of systems in use, aiming for operational efficiency and alignment with upcoming initiatives.
Deliver executive project updates to business stakeholders alongside design leadership.
Work collaboratively and with influence, partnering with design peers and business areas to build trusted relationships.
Support decision-making regarding the processes and products you work on, collaborating with business units, technology, and design leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in the field
Experience working with complex, interdependent corporate and/or retail workflows, conducting mapping and facilitating their understanding
Strong ability to synthesize information
Communicate clearly and respectfully, with a focus on driving decisions
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and system experiences
Translate hypotheses into concrete product proposals and track their evolution throughout the development lifecycle
Plan and lead business, technical, and design discovery activities
Advanced, fluid prototyping across different fidelity levels for exploration, validation, and decision-making
Design and validate high-fidelity usability tests
Proven experience designing and evolving usability flows for systems and digital products, for both end customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity of use and consistent experience
Use data to support decision-making and to understand the context and needs of processes and products
Experience with (or knowledge of) AI-powered design tools such as Figma Make and Lovable
